Featuring homes built atop rolling, lush tree-covered hills, the nearly 1000 homes in the community are sited on a minimum lot size of 1 acre. These homes, ranging in price from $300k to $1 million +, are primarily custom builds and boast of square footage between 2,200 sq. ft to 5,000+ sq ft.

Cypress Springs
While many San Antonio area small towns hint at rural, countryside charm, Cypress Springs truly immerses its residents in the full landscape of the Hill Country. Located off TX-46 just outside Spring Branch, Cypress Springs is a sprawling 2700 acre subdivision. Composed of just under 500 properties, each home in Cypress Creek sits atop multiple acres.
