Bulverde claims diverse neighborhoods like Johnson Ranch, which boasts rustic, ranch style appeal, wide-open spaces, and homes ranging from mid-$200’s to the $700’s. Bulverde also boasts Lennar at Hidden Trails, a master-planned community with new homes priced in the mid $200k range.
