San Antonio Metro & the Surrounding Areas –  “Although there is a slight decrease in sales, we continue to see an increase in median and average home prices in our area,” said Tracie Hasslocher, SABOR’s 2022 Chairman of the Board.  “In June, there was an 18 percent increase in average home prices and a 20 percent increase in median prices compared to a year ago.  The area also saw a 14 percent increase in price per square foot.  100.9 percent of homes sold for the list price and stayed on the market for an average of 29 days.”…(click here for full market report)

REAL ESTATE ROOTS GROW DEEP – Michael Glover is fifth generation real estate beginning back in 1903.  His family’s residential, land and commercial real estate roots grow deep.  From residential and Farm & Ranch to commercial and land development, real estate has always been a part of his family.  Holly Glover held the position of managing a large portfolio of commercial properties throughout the San Antonio area.  Holly also owned and operated a home staging and decorating company for many years.  She still enjoys sharing her home staging expertise with our real estate clients.
